Daniel is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and the University of Houston Law Center. He oversees the day to day operations of both the environmental and engineering departments to ensure project success. Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Texas Environmental & Natural Resources Law Section.

Josh is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University with a B.S. degree in Environmental Science. He has more than a decade of experience in the environmental consulting and natural resources fields. Josh holds and maintains his Certified Environmental Scientist (CES) certification from the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP).

Tyler is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University with a B.S. degree in Environmental Science. At Elm Creek he oversees our compliance inspection, discharge monitoring reporting, and enforcement assistance services. Tyler has developed a wealth of experience in environment permitting and compliance across the many industries we serve.

Janelle serves as a vital support pillar for our staff, offering assistance in many capacities to enhance productivity and effectiveness across all departments. She manages daily office operations, accounts payable and receivable, and supports our staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations at Elm Creek.
